The company’s global industry first SMT automatic intelligent material disassembly and connection management system and a series of equipment has been certified by Apple, Bosch, OPPO, VIVO, Honor, ZTE and other well-known enterprises. It is the world’s leading supplier of automatic material receiving machines.
The company has 28 technical patents, including 5 invention patents, 21 utility models and 1 software copyright.
Maizheng Intelligent was established.
Initiated solution design and completed fundamental validation.
Prototype machines were tested internally.
September 2022
The second-generation machine was tested on Apple’s smartphone production line, supporting 7-inch, 8mm materials.
October 2022
The stripping machine prototype was simultaneously introduced for testing on Apple’s production line.
April 2023
The 7-inch, 8mm splicing machine entered mass production and was successfully deployed on a large scale in Apple’s smartphone production lines.
July 2023
The 7-inch, 8mm stripping machine was widely adopted in Apple’s production lines.
May 2024
The integrated 7-inch, 8mm dismantling and splicing machine was mass deployed in Apple’s production lines.
October 2024
The 7–13 inch, 8–24mm integrated dismantling and splicing machine received certification from BOSCH.
ZTE placed repeat orders for three production lines of 7–13 inch, 8–24mm integrated dismantling and splicing machines.
