Option #1 System Introduction

Intelligent Storage Machine: material storage, according to the needs of the Splicing Machine;
Manual unloading station: responsible for removing the conveyor belt of materials dispatched from the smart warehouse and arranging them orderly into the material boxes;
String Handling AGV： transfer the string from the Intelligent Storage Machine to the Stripping machine, and brings the empty string form the Stripping Machine back to the Intelligent Storage Machine;
Line-side Buffer Machine: temporarily store the magazine that the materials head has been removed; (MAINZONE has developed this supporting-equipment);
Splicing Machine: responsible for the 7in tray splicing operation; (MAINZONE has developed this core-equipment, which basically splicing by operator before);
Scheduling system: responsible for the material requirements docking with the Head-warehouse and scheduling control of all equipment;
One-key Line-swapping system: automatically programmed and swap the production line to meet the production needs, when the products been swapped.

Palletizer: organizes materials from smart warehousing into storage bins;

Stripping Machine: automatically removes part of the materials head and fixes the tray in the customized magazine; (MAINZONE has developed this core-equipment);
